The Brief

• To allow for a stream of content to be provided to the user
• Develop an intelligent solution that ingests user interactions and outputs content suggestions
• Allow the user to interact with content through viewing, liking and sharing
• Feed of articles based off user characteristics and other similar users' interactions

The Challenge

• Developing a solution that efficiently processed user interactions
• Making sure to record user interactions correctly and to a standard
• Capturing a detailed profile of each user to allow for acute content personalisation

Our Role

• AI Integration and UX development.
• Used AWS Personalize service to script an AI algorithm
• Allowing the recording of interactions through simple UX
• Helping to design interactions and characteristics system to build out AI recommendation process
